Chick For Sale
A chick for sale may be of the same nature as many birds; a photo of both contrasts their features.
The females lay about nine to thirteen eggs that are laid at daily intervals. The eggs are incubated for 27 to 28 days; the females are left with the young for this period of time. The ducklings all hatch within 24 hours. Mothers always keep the brood of babies together to protect them from predators. One of the most widely spread duck species is the Pekin. Birds of this species were brought to America from China in the 1870's. The Rouen duck is another popular farm species that was brought from France.

Chick For Sale -
birds, photo
Ducks are farmed throughout the world; they have been domesticated for hundreds of years. Duck breeds are sorted into size classes and according to their purpose: ornamental breeds, meat and eggs, and feather breeds. All modern breeds are the descendants of the Mallard Duck, except the Muscovy Duck. All of them have been bred to be much bigger than wild ducks. There are several ways to distinguish genders of ducks. Voice of a duckling changes at the age of 4-5 weeks. Females have a loud quack, and drakes have a raspy quiet quack. Drakes and females have different plumage. A chick for sale may be of the same nature as many birds; a photo of both contrasts their features.
